A successful breastfeeding relationship is one where you feel empowered to meet your breastfeeding goals. For some, successful breastfeeding requires guidance and the professional support of an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. My role is to provide you with current, evidence-based education and guidance in a kind, compassionate manner. It's important to me that you feel heard and understood so I may provide you with the choices and information necessary to reach your breastfeeding goals.

My pediatrician referred me to Andrea, who was able to identify my breastfeeding issue within minutes. She stayed with me for a couple of hours, making sure she reviewed every part of my feeding process. It turned out my child was getting plenty to eat from my oversupply, but not due to proper breastfeeding. Andrea was the first person to spot this and explained how the tightness in my daughter’s mouth was affecting her ability to stay latched throughout a feeding. Since those first weeks, she has been with me, checking in on us through our first year of breastfeeding. I do not think I could have done this without her. - Cara and Baby Lenox
